It has five petals, but each is deeply split, making it appear as though there are ten.
Habitat: Alpine meadows, Tsurugaike trail, Ken-ga-mine trail, restricted roads
Note: Around the Fujimi-dake trailhead, white Iwa-tsumekusa and red Komakusa bloom together in striking contrast.
